Wisteria Ridge Development Company, LLC

Wisteria Ridge, developed by Wisteria Ridge Development Company, LLC, was LaGrange’s first high density up scale residential development located in the N/W section of LaGrange on Mooty Bridge Road. This development was located, designed, and developed by Jim Daniel through Wisteria Ridge Development Company, LLC. It consisted of 57 houses located on 13.4 acres and sold out in 4 years making it one of the most successful residential developments in the area. It provided a much needed, high end development for retires as well as empty nesters at home due to the small lots. All homes were designed with oversized doors and halls to assist with handicap capabilities. They were all brick with vinyl clad windows and eaves for low maintenance. This development has been “Sold Out” since 2005.
