Riverside Associates

Riverside was one of the first high end residential subdivisions on West Point Lake in LaGrange. Development started in 1981 by Riverside Associates, Jim Daniel being the main development partner. Being located on a peninsula overlooking where the Chattahoochee River Bed meandered through the West Point Lake, it has more actual lake lots that most other “Lake Developments” in the area. This development has been “Sold Out”.
