With over 57,000 square feet of owned and leasable area in the LaGrange area, Daniel Development Group is one of the largest developer/owner of new retail/office space in the LaGrange area.

In February, 2004, The Daniel Development Group, through Daniel/Newnan Development Group, LLC opened the 20,000 sq.ft. Park Place Center in Newnan, Georgia. 

Development properties are selected with the highest attention to location to help insure long-term escalation in property values as well as high occupancy rates. The key to the Daniel Development Group's successful record has been, and will continue to be, the commitment to deliver desired results in a timely basis while providing high degrees of service to its tenants, customers, and investors.

Management Profile

James (Jim) A. Daniel, Jr. has been involved in real estate sales and development since 1972 as a, broker, developer, property manager, insurer and owner. Jim joined the firm of Daniel Realty & Insurance Agency, Inc. in November of 1971 after attending the University of Georgia. Jim started developing and constructing build to suit and spec. office/retail buildings in 1976 with the Century-American building located at 209 Ridley Ave. He is president of Daniel Realty & Insurance Agency, Inc., which assumes management of all Daniel Development group properties. The Daniel Development Group takes an ownership interest in all properties developed. All properties have hands on management and leasing by Daniel Realty & Insurance Agency, Inc. (founded in 1954 by James A. Daniel, Sr.). Daniel Realty & Insurance Agency, Inc., also provides all insurance services to the group's developments therefore insuring that the group has the most up-to-date insurance coverage available.
